I've had some good otter sightings this winter. It helps that the windows near my easel look out over the River and the spot where they often take a 'shore break' as they are swimming up the Yellowstone River.
This time I managed to get an interesting video... One of the otters caught a fish. All three jumped out of the water and onto the shore - and took a 'swim break'. They returned to the water before the otter eating the fish was done. So he took it with him!
If you look closely at the last otter in the video (#3) you can see he is still carrying it as he heads up through the rapids and over the rocks...Wow - now that's talent :)
